All orders above Rs. 2000 in the India qualify for free shipping.

Once an order has been placed, it is automatically sent to our warehouse and we are unable to cancel it. Please email nourr.revurge@gmail.com if you would like to return your order once it has been received.
We're as eager as you are for the product to reach you! It can take up to 7-10 business days to receive your package. Typical order processing time to pack and ship your orders is up to 3 business days. Shipping time is 2-8 business days. Once the order is processed, you will receive a tracking number.
Please note COVID-19 has impacted shipping times and you may see additional delays.
Find the status of a particular order and view your Order History on the Order Status tracking page under My Account, if you have created an account. Please note that the Order History will not be updated until the product(s) have shipped.

Returns
As company policy and due to hygiene reasons we don't offer exchange or refunds on products sold. We offer refunds only if the products are defective or damaged upon receipt. Hence, if there is a problem or defect with your product, please notify us via email at nourr.revurge@gmail.com immediately along with an unboxing video of the same.

Please note that refunds will be processed through the original means of payment within 10 working days. In case of COD orders, refund will be done via bank transfer.

Our products are formulated without parabens, phthalates, mineral oils, formaldehydes, coal tar, sulfates, butylated hydroxyanisole, and more.
All our products at the moment are fragrance free.
